Case Study: Ontario Nurse Practitioner Online Master’s Program

SAVOIRNET was the project management lead with the Council of Ontario University Programs in Nursing (COUPN) for the development and implementation of a new online Master’s Program for Nurse Practitioners (NP) in Ontario. The program was deployed in September 08 to nurses across Ontario in a new Learning Management System (LMS) which promotes effective e-learning and simplifies course management. The LMS supports distance learning through numerous applications such as virtual classrooms, forums, web mail and database driven student assignments.
