Case Study: Canada Remembers

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) wanted to develop a Youth Ambassador Program as an outreach vehicle targeting youth between 15 and 19 years of age. The objective was to foster a greater understanding for Canadian youth of Canada’s involvement in war, military conflicts and peacekeeping operations.

SAVOIRNET worked directly with VAC staff to ensure that the concept was aligned with the organization’s culture and resources. Realistic goals were established and the resulting program was tailored to current youth and educator realities. Technologies were defined to reach and engage a geographically diverse audience with a minimum of VAC involvement.
